Your area of responsibility

• Product presentation in the online store and creation of newsletters

• Analyzing operational key figures

• Improvement of the customer journey

• Coordination of the e-commerce division (online store & operating software)

• Independent processing of projects in the area of e-commerce

• Close coordination and ongoing communication with internal departments and external project and development partners

• Participation in the further development of the strategic orientation in the area of digital distribution channels

Your Strengths

• Know-how and experience in the field of e-commerce

• Completed commercial education (e.g. apprenticeship or Matura)

• German and English language skills, both written and spoken

• High customer and service orientation and pleasure in dealing with people

• Organizational talent, assertiveness and problem-solving ability

• High affinity to IT

• High sense of quality and responsibility, above-average commitment and team competence

• Interest in online media, e-commerce and online trends

• Goal-oriented, self-reliant, structured way of working
