The fur hood is not suitable for cleaning. To keep it fresh, simply air it outdoors on cold days. Avoid exposure to strong sunlight or moonlight, as this may alter the appearance of the fur.

As a natural product, the fur may exhibit slight colour variations. During the summer months, we recommend keeping the hood away from light-sensitive items and storing it in a cotton bag in a dark place.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return items free of charge within 14 working days using the included return label. If you choose to return the product via another shipping service, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we only accept returns of unworn items in perfect condition. All original packaging and labels must also be included.
