Extrafine merino wool is one of the most luxurious wool qualities, renowned for its exceptional softness, temperature-regulating properties, and premium comfort. To preserve the natural beauty and functionality of this high-quality fibre, especially gentle care is required.

Care Instructions for Merino Wool:
Always wash garments made from extrafine merino wool separately – ideally by hand or using the delicate wool programme on your washing machine – and use only a mild detergent designed for wool fibres. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can affect the structure of the fine fibres. After washing, gently reshape the garment and lay it flat on a clean towel to air dry. Hanging the garment may cause it to stretch or deform and should be avoided.

To maintain the smooth surface and luxurious character of the merino wool, occasionally remove any pilling gently using a specialised wool comb or shaver. This ensures your garment remains beautifully shaped, soft, and comfortable to wear over time.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return items free of charge within 14 working days using the included return label. If you choose to return the product via another shipping service, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we only accept returns of unworn items in perfect condition. All original packaging and labels must also be included.
