Standard shipping: 2–4 business days – free of charge
Express shipping: 1 business day – EUR 20.00
Shipments to Austria are sent via Austrian Post.
Austria:
Standard shipping: 2–4 business days – free of charge
EMS shipping: 1 business day – EUR 10.00
Shipping information for non-EU countries:
Please note that shipments to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer and vary depending on the destination country.
Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return items free of charge within 14 business days using the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product via another carrier, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we only accept returns that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and labels must also be included.
