Your Task

• Support the purchasing management in selecting and sourcing international luxury fashion brands
• Prepare for and participate in trade shows and order appointments – including weekends with compensatory time off
• Coordinate appointments and travel planning for the purchasing team
• Create reports, calculations, and assortment analyses (mainly in Excel)
• Communicate with international partners, especially in Italy
• Assist in assortment planning, merchandise presentation, and store layout
• Work in sales two days per week to deepen product knowledge and stay close to customers
  

Your Profile

• Experience in fashion retail, ideally in the luxury segment – particularly in sales
• Strong sense for style, quality, and trends beyond the mainstream
• Organizational talent, structured and independent working style
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Business-fluent English (spoken and written)
• Italian skills are a plus due to close collaboration with our producers
• Team player, flexible, and willing to travel frequently (including weekends)
• Interest in sustainable, handcrafted products and unique brands
