Loden is not only a classic of alpine style but also a signature material of Frauenschuh. For this season, the traditional fabric has been reworked and reinterpreted. For light soiling, gently rub the affected area with a dry cloth.

For deliveries to Germany as well as all other countries we ship to, we work with our logistics partner UPS.

Germany:
Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days – free of charge
Express Shipping: 1 business day, for EUR 20.00

Shipments to Austria are sent via the Austrian Post.

Austria:
Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days – free of charge
EMS Shipping: 1 business day, for EUR 10.00

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 days using the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product via a different shipping service, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we only accept returns that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and tags must also be included.
