For deliveries to Germany as well as to all other countries we offer, we work in cooperation with our logistics partner UPS.

Germany:

• Standard shipping: 2–4 business days – free of charge

Shipments to Austria are sent via Austrian Post.

Austria:

• Standard shipping: 2–4 business days – free of charge
  
• EMS shipping: 1 business day – EUR 10.00
  

For Germany and Austria, we offer free returns within 14 business days.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you may return your items free of charge within 14 business days by using the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product with a different shipping provider, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we only accept returns that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and labels must also be included.

Shipments to Switzerland and the United Kingdom are sent via our logistics partner UPS.

Please note that for deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, the net price will be charged. Upon delivery by UPS, customs duties and taxes will be applied. These must be paid directly to UPS.

• Express shipping: 2–7 business days – EUR 30.00
  

For returns from Switzerland and the United Kingdom, you as the customer are responsible for both the safe return of the goods and for handling and reclaiming any applicable customs duties and taxes. Please retain all relevant receipts and documentation for the refund process with your local customs authority.
