Shipping information

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday. For orders received on public Austrian holidays, processing will take place on the next working day. All shipments are sent exclusively from Austria and are carried out by our logistics partner UPS for all listed delivery countries, except Austria. Within Austria, delivery is carried out by the Austrian Post.

If you have created a customer account, you have the option to check the current status of your order in the customer account under “Orders”.

As soon as your order has been picked up by our logistics partner, you will be informed by a separate email.
In this email you will find the tracking number associated with your package.

A few minutes after completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email from Frauenschuh.com. If this is not the case, it can be assumed that there was a transmission error when entering the data or payment. We ship your orders exclusively through our trusted logistics partners Post and UPS. All shipments from FRAUENSCHUH.com are insured against theft and damage. However, this insurance coverage ends as soon as you have confirmed the delivery in writing to our delivery service.

Shipments to Austria are sent via Austrian Post.

Austria:

- EMS shipping: 1 working day, at a price of EUR 10.00

For Germany and Austria we offer free returns within 14 working days.

Shipments to Switzerland are sent via our logistics partner UPS.

Please note that the net price will be charged for deliveries to Switzerland.

Yes, UPS allows delivery to one of its access points, while Austrian Post deposits your shipment at the post office responsible for you.

If you are in Kitzbühel or planning a visit, you are welcome to pick up your order directly from the Frauenschuh store. There are no additional duties or taxes when shipping goods within the EU. All item prices and delivery costs are shown including the applicable VAT and are presented as gross prices.
