Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders received on Austrian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. All shipments are dispatched exclusively from Austria and handled by our logistics partner UPS for all listed delivery countries, with the exception of Austria. Within Austria, delivery is carried out by Austrian Post.

If you would like to cancel your order or part of it, simply send us an e-mail with your request to eshop@frauenschuh.com. Please include your order number - we will take care of everything else as quickly as possible.

We also offer gift shipments. On request we wrap the chosen garments in a colour-matched Walk pouch and tie it with a ribbon.

Shopping at Frauenschuh.com is also possible without a customer account. If you click "Proceed to checkout", you can either log into your existing account, create a new account, or simply continue as a guest.

Should you decide to create a customer account during checkout, this is still possible at the end of the order process. Simply enter your address details and payment method, confirm your order, and voilà!

After completing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail contains a link where you can check the current status of your order. If you have created a customer account, you can check the current status of your order in your customer account under “Orders”

As soon as your order has been collected by our logistics partner, you will be informed in a separate e-mail.
This e-mail contains the tracking number belonging to your parcel.

Should this not be the case, it can be assumed that a transmission error occurred while your data or payment details were transmitted. We ship your orders exclusively through our trusted logistics partners Post and UPS. All shipments from FRAUENSCHUH.com are insured against theft and damage. This insurance cover ends, however, as soon as you have confirmed receipt of the delivery in writing to our delivery service.

Shipments to Austria are sent via Österreichische Post.

Austria:
- Standard shipping: 2-4 working days - Free of charge
- EMS shipping: 1 working day, at a price of EUR 10,00

For Germany and Austria we offer free returns within 14 working days.

Returns:

In Germany and Austria you can return your order free of charge within 14 working days if you use the return label downloaded from the returns portal. Should you decide to send the product back with a different shipping provider, you will have to bear the return costs yourself. Please note that we only accept returns that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and labels should also be included.

Shipments to Switzerland and the United Kingdom are sent via our logistics partner DHL Express.

Please note that for deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom the net price is invoiced.
Upon delivery by DHL Express, customs duties and taxes will be charged to you. These are to be paid directly to DHL Express.

For returns from Switzerland and the United Kingdom, you as the customer assume both the responsibility and the costs for the secure return shipment of the goods and for the reversal and refund of all applicable customs duties and taxes. Please also keep all relevant receipts and documents for the refund process at your local customs office.

Yes, UPS allows delivery to one of its Access Points, while Austrian Post deposits your shipment at the post office responsible for you.

If you are in Kitzbühel or Munich, or are planning a visit, you are welcome to collect your order directly from our Frauenschuh stores. No additional customs duties or taxes apply to goods shipped within the EU. All item prices and delivery costs are stated including the applicable value added tax and are shown as gross prices.
