We are a family business from Kitzbühel that has been run by Kaspar Frauenschuh and his sister Theresia Frauenschuh-Broz for over 40 years. FRAUENSCHUH stands for timeless and luxurious women's and men's clothing. Our specially developed high-tech materials such as premium softshell or nylon quilt combine with traditional materials such as loden and wool to create a unique WOMEN'S SHOE silhouette that is recognizable worldwide.
The third generation has now joined the company and acts with a clear conscience, in keeping with the FRAUENSCHUH philosophy.

Eligible orders received before 12:00 p.m. on weekdays will typically be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
We would like to point out that all orders from Frauenschuh are processed exclusively via the shipping service provider UPS or Austrian Post.
After you place your order, you will be sent a confirmation email including a tracking number. Please keep this number for future reference. If you have an account, you can also view the status of your order at any time in the “My Account” section of our website. A separate shipping confirmation will be sent to you once your order has shipped. If you have any further questions or concerns, we will be happy to assist you.
If the products purchased from Frauenschuh.ucom do not meet your requirements, you are welcome to return the items to us and we will offer you a full refund. Here is some important information to keep in mind:
- We only accept returns within 14 days from the day your order arrived.
- Please ensure that the items returned are in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
- We would like to point out that shipping costs are non-refundable and non-refundable.
Please note that FRAUENSCHUH.com can only refund items that are unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition and whose tags have not been removed. If items show signs of wear, acceptance of the item may be refused.
Your satisfaction is very important to us and we want to ensure that your return goes as smoothly as possible. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please contact our customer service team.
- Please use the return label supplied with your shipment and hand in your return to the respective shipping partner.
- Please fill out the enclosed return form carefully and enclose it in the package.
- Pack the items and the return label in the original shipping material or in a plain box.
- Stick the included prepaid return label on the outside of the package.
- Drop off your package at any post office or UPS access point, or simply schedule a UPS pickup at UPS.com
- Your order will be refunded once the return is processed. It typically takes between five and ten business days for the refund to appear on your statement.<>/p>
