Exchange & Returns
You have the option to return or exchange items that you have purchased on FRAUENSCHUH.com. If you decide to make a return, please note the following guidelines:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact.
- All items to be returned must be packaged in one shipment.
- Returns from Austria and Germany are free of charge if you use the same shipping service provider with which we sent the goods. Otherwise you bear the costs and risk of the return.
- Return shipping costs from other EU countries must be borne by the customer.
Please always enclose the completed return form with your return, which you will find enclosed with your order. An accepted return is only possible if these conditions are adhered to.
The refund amount for a return is exclusive of shipping costs.
As soon as we have received your return and the amount has been refunded, we will inform you of the refund by email.
The period between receipt of the return and the crediting of the purchase amount can be 5 to 10 days.
The time it takes for your credit to be credited depends on your credit card company and usually takes place within two billing cycles.
If the receiving person named in the order is not the same as the buyer of the goods, the amount will always be refunded to the buyer and the card or account holder.
Please note that returns can only be accepted from the respective delivery country. We would also like to point out that shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.
If you would like an exchange, please note this on the return slip provided or contact us directly.
If you don't like or fit an item, you can of course return the goods without any problem within 14 working days.
For orders from Austria or Germany you will receive a return label for delivery.
With this label you can easily hand in the order at the post office or at a UPS packing station.
Please note: The returns label is only valid for your current return to Frauenschuh.
Please use the return label included in the package to return your item. In this way, FRAUENSCHUH.com pays the shipping costs and insurance of your return.
Detailed return instructions are always included with your order.
No return labels are provided for returns from all other EU countries.
Please send us the goods using a shipping method of your choice so that they reach us within the specified period of 14 days from receipt.

The right to exchange only applies to unworn, unwashed and flawless items from which the labels have not been removed.
Items can only be exchanged based on size or color. If you would like a different item than the one you originally ordered, we ask you to place a new order in our online shop.
The return takes place in one shipment. We reserve the right to reject multiple returns at different times from the same order.
The return is made with the shipping service provider through which the package was delivered (Post or UPS).
We can only accept returns from the respective delivery country. For example, if the delivery was sent to Austria, the return may only be initiated from Austria. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free, the import and delivery fees are at your expense.
Personalized or specially made items cannot be exchanged.
An exchange usually takes place as soon as we have received the returned shipment. Further information on returns and exchanges can be found in our terms and conditions.

Please note that FRAUENSCHUH.com will only refund items that are unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition and have not had their tags removed. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of items that show signs of wear.
After we have received your return and checked the item, we will refund you the corresponding amount within a few days. The respective amount (excluding shipping costs) will be transferred back to your specified account - however, please note that the transfer back to your credit card takes longer than with a bank transfer. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the speed of repayments; this is determined by the respective banks.
