You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on FRAUENSCHUH.com. If you decide to return an item, please observe the following guidelines:

- Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact.

- All items to be returned must be packed in one shipment.

- Returns from Austria and Germany are free of charge, provided you use the same shipping service provider with whom we sent the goods. Otherwise, you bear the costs and risk of the return.

- Return costs from other EU countries and the United Kingdom are to be borne by the customer.

Please always include the fully completed return form, which you will find enclosed with your order, with your return. An accepted return is only possible in compliance with these conditions.

The refund amount for a return will exclude shipping costs.

As soon as your return has been received by us and the amount has been credited back, we will inform you about the refund via email.

The period between the receipt of the return and the crediting of the purchase amount can be 5 to 10 days.

The duration until the credit appears on your credit card depends on your credit card company and usually occurs within two billing cycles.

Should the recipient named in the order not match the buyer of the goods, the amount will always be refunded to the buyer and the card/account holder.

Please note that returns can only be accepted from the respective country of delivery. Furthermore, we would like to point out that shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.

If you wish to exchange an item, please note this on the enclosed return form or contact us directly.

If you don't like an item or it doesn't fit, you can, of course, return the goods without any problems within 14 working days.

For orders from Germany and Austria, you can conveniently download your free return label via our returns portal. Simply enter your postcode and your order number (starting with #).

With the downloaded return label, you can easily drop off your return at the post office or a UPS acceptance point.

Please note that the return label is only valid for returning your current order to FRAUENSCHUH. If you use the label, we will cover the shipping and insurance costs of your return.

Detailed return instructions are always included with your order.

For returns from all other EU countries and the United Kingdom, no return labels are provided.
Please send us the goods via a shipping method of your choice so that they arrive at our premises within the specified 14-day period from receipt.

The right of exchange applies only to unworn, unwashed, and flawless items from which the tags have not been removed.

Exchanges are only possible for size or color. If you wish to receive a different item than the one originally ordered, please place a new order in our online shop.

Returns must be sent in a single shipment. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from the same order.

Returns must be made using the same shipping service provider that delivered the package (Post or UPS).

We can only accept returns from the respective delivery country. For example, if the delivery was sent to Austria, the return must also be initiated from Austria. Otherwise, the exchange will unfortunately not be free of charge, and the import and delivery fees will be at your expense.

Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from exchange.

Exchanges are generally processed as soon as we receive the returned item. Further information on returns and exchanges can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.

Please note that FRAUENSCHUH.com only refunds items that are unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition and with the tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of items showing signs of wear.

Once your return has been received and the item inspected, we will refund the corresponding amount within a few days. The respective amount (excluding shipping costs) will be transferred back to your specified account – please note, however, that a refund to your credit card takes longer than a bank transfer. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the speed of repayments, as this is determined by the respective banks.
