Care Instructions for Leather

Guide

Leather is a natural product and a loyal companion for many years. With the right care
and storage, your leather item will remain beautiful for a long time – and will even become more beautiful with time.

Correct storage & safekeeping

Store your leather product in a dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid exposing
your leather item to direct sunlight or heat sources such as heaters for extended periods – this can dry out and fade the leather.

  • Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight
  • Do not store near radiators or other heat sources
  • If not used for a long time, store in the provided dust bag

The Patina – Your leather becomes unique

With wear, your leather will develop its own unique patina over time. Small
color nuances and a gentle sheen develop individually – making each leather product
a true one-of-a-kind, becoming even more beautiful with every day of wear.

Cleaning for light soiling

For light soiling, we recommend gently rubbing the area with another clean
piece of leather. This usually allows light dirt to be removed effortlessly, without affecting the
surface or the patina of your leather item.

For heavier soiling or questions about caring for your individual leather item,
we would be happy to advise you personally in our stores or by e-mail.
