100% Leather

All leather parts from Frauenschuh are tanned using a special ecological process without any chemical substances and are therefore not suitable for cleaning. For light surface dirt, we recommend gently rubbing the leather sides against each other. The friction generates heat, which allows the dirt to be absorbed into the pores. For heavier soiling, professional leather cleaning is necessary. It is important not to use any chemical substances for pretreatment. To refresh the leather piece, we recommend hanging the product outdoors overnight to air it out. Please also avoid exposure to moonlight and sunlight during this process.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 business days using the enclosed return label. If you choose to send the product back via a different shipping service, you will have to bear the return shipping costs yourself. Please note that we only accept returns of unworn items in perfect condition. All original packaging and tags must be included.
