Care instructions for cashmere:
Wash your cashmere garment separately, either by hand or using a gentle wool program, with a high-quality detergent specifically designed for wool. Do not use fabric softener, as it can damage the delicate fibers. Immediately after washing, carefully remove the garment and lay it flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry gently. Since pure cashmere fibers naturally tend to pill, we recommend gently removing any pills after drying with a high-quality cashmere comb. This ensures that the elegant appearance and exceptional feel of your cashmere piece are preserved for years to come.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 business days using the provided return label. If you choose to return the product via another shipping service, you are responsible for the return costs. Please note that we only accept returns of items that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and tags should also be included.
