Shipments to Austria are sent via the Austrian Post.

Austria:

Standard shipping: 2–4 working days – free of charge
EMS shipping: 1 working day, priced at EUR 10.00

Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which must be borne by the buyer depending on the destination country.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 working days using the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product using a different shipping provider, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we only accept returns that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and tags should also be included.
