Care instructions for cashmere:
Wash your cashmere item separately, either by hand or using a gentle wool cycle, with a high-quality detergent specially formulated for wool. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can damage the delicate fibres. Immediately after washing, gently remove the item and lay it flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry.

As pure cashmere fibres naturally tend to pill, we recommend carefully removing any small balls of fibre with a high-quality cashmere comb once dry. This will help maintain the refined appearance and exceptional feel of your cashmere piece for years to come.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 working days using the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product using a different shipping provider, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we only accept returns that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and tags must also be included.
