We recommend always cleaning the product according to the washing instructions for the garment. Before washing, please close all zippers to protect the zipper teeth. Select hand wash or a special hand wash program on your washing machine at the lowest possible temperature (hand wash 30°) and use little detergent and do not add fabric softener. Do not bleach the material (Cooked Wool Merino) and do not tumble dry. After washing, the product can be pulled into shape while damp and laid out on the clothesline or hung up and left to dry in a well-ventilated place. After drying, you can steam the product at a low temperature. You can also have it cleaned at a laundromat.

In Germany and Austria, you can return your order free of charge within 14 business days if you use the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product using a different shipping provider, you will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
