Storage: Store suede shoes in a dry, well-ventilated place. Using a dust bag helps protect the surface.

The shoe has a regular fit. We recommend choosing your usual size.

Shipments are sent via Österreichische Post.

Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer depending on the destination country.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 days if you use the included return label. If you choose to return the product via another shipping provider, you will be responsible for the return costs. Please note that we only accept returns that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and labels must also be included.
