Assistant Purchasing & Warehouse Management


Your tasks

  • Delivery date tracking and punctual delivery control of our orders
  • Complete and correct data maintenance in our IT inventory management
  • Office management including correspondence with international suppliers (third-party brands)
  • Daily restocking of our branches from the main warehouse
  • Creation of evaluations, weekly and monthly reports

Your strengths

  • Interest and flair for fashion
  • Good computer skills and enjoy working with lists
  • Completed commercial training is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
  • Accuracy, reliability, flexibility and ability to work in a team
