As a FRAUENSCHUH Sales Consultant, you are responsible for meeting the individual needs of our customers. You actively participate in sales campaigns, organize personal shopping experiences for top clients, and act as an ambassador for the FRAUENSCHUH brand.

• Provide exclusive advice and inspiration to our customers
• Deliver service-oriented and high-quality care for our regular clients
• Professionally lead and close sales conversations
• Ensure excellent customer service for a positive and unique shopping experience
• Support management
• Visual merchandising
• Personal shopping

• Experience in upscale retail / luxury segment
• Strong passion and enthusiasm for sales and working with discerning clientele
• Excellent communication skills and high social competence
• Empathetic sales personality
• Very good German and English skills
