For deliveries to Germany and all other countries we ship to, we work with our logistics partner UPS.

Germany:
Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days – free of charge
Express Shipping: 1 business day – EUR 20,00

Austria:
Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days – free of charge (via Austrian Post)
EMS Shipping: 1 business day – EUR 10,00

Shipping to Non-EU Countries:
Please note that shipments to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which must be paid by the buyer according to the destination country.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 days using the provided return label. If you choose to return the product via another shipping service, you must cover the return shipping costs. Returns are only accepted if the items are unworn, in perfect condition, and include all original packaging and labels.
