100% Cashmere
We recommend cleaning the product by hand. After washing or cleaning, the product should be laid flat on a smooth surface to air dry.

Always wash your cashmere garment separately – either by hand or using the gentle wool cycle on your machine – with a high-quality detergent specifically designed for wool. Avoid using fabric softener, as it can damage the delicate fibers. After washing, carefully remove the piece and lay it flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry naturally.
As pure cashmere fibers tend to pill over time, we recommend gently removing any small bobbles with a high-quality cashmere comb once the garment is dry. This helps maintain the luxurious appearance and exceptional comfort of your cashmere piece for years to come.

Returns
In Germany and Austria, you may return items free of charge within 14 business days when using the prepaid return label provided.
If you choose to return your item via another shipping provider, return shipping costs will not be covered.

Please note: We only accept returns of items that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and tags must be included.
