Reduce spin speed to the lowest setting

After washing, remove the sweater from the machine immediately, gently reshape it, and lay it flat on a dry towel. Allow it to dry lying flat in a well-ventilated area. Do not hang, as this may distort the material.

Alternatively, the sweater can be professionally cleaned using a gentle dry-cleaning method.

When ironing or steaming, proceed with care and use only a low temperature (setting 1). Ideally, use a pressing cloth to protect the delicate fibers.

In Germany and Austria, returns can be made free of charge within 14 business days using the included return label. If you choose to return the product via another shipping provider, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns are only accepted for unworn items in perfect condition.
