All leather parts from Frauenschuh are processed using a special eco-friendly tanning method. Due to this natural processing, the products are not suitable for conventional cleaning.

Care instructions for light soiling:
For light surface dirt, we recommend gently rubbing the leather sides against each other. The friction generates heat, helping impurities to be absorbed into the leather’s pores. For heavier soiling, a professional leather cleaning should be used. Please avoid any pre-treatment with chemical substances.

To refresh the leather, we recommend airing the product overnight in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight or moonlight to prevent fading or other changes to the leather.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your order free of charge within 14 business days using the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product via another shipping provider, return costs must be borne by you. Returns are only accepted if the items are unworn and in perfect condition, including all original packaging and labels.
