You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on FRAUENSCHUH.com. If you choose to return an item, please observe the following guidelines:

- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags intact.

- All items to be returned must be packed in a single shipment.

- Returns from Austria and Germany are free of charge, provided you use the same shipping service provider we used to send the goods. Otherwise, you bear the costs and risk of the return.

- Return costs from other EU countries, as well as from Switzerland and the United Kingdom, are to be borne by the customer.

Please always enclose the fully completed return form, which you will find with your order. An accepted return is only possible under these conditions.

The refund amount for a return excludes shipping costs.

Once your return has been received by us and the amount has been credited back, we will inform you about the refund via email.

The period between the receipt of the return and the crediting of the purchase amount can be 5 to 10 days.

The time until the credit appears on your credit card depends on your credit card company and usually occurs within two billing cycles.

If the recipient named in the order does not match the buyer of the goods, the amount will always be refunded to the buyer and the card/account holder.

Please note that returns can only be accepted from the respective delivery country. Furthermore, we would like to point out that shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.

If you wish to make an exchange, please note this on the enclosed return form or contact us directly.

If you don't like an item or it doesn't fit, you can, of course, easily return the goods within 14 working days.

For orders from Austria or Germany, a return label is included with the delivery.
With this label, you can easily drop off the order at the post office or a UPS Packstation.

Please note: The return label is only valid for your current return to Frauenschuh.

Please use the return label included in the package for your return. This way, FRAUENSCHUH.com will cover the shipping costs and insurance for your return.

For returns from all other EU countries as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom, no return labels are provided.
Please send us the goods via a shipping method of your choice, so that they arrive within the specified 14-day period from receipt.

The right of exchange only applies to unworn, unwashed, and flawless items from which the tags have not been removed.

Exchanges of items are only possible regarding size or color. If you wish to receive a different item than the one originally ordered, we ask you to place a new order in our online shop.

Returns must be sent in a single shipment. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from the same order.

Returns must be made with the shipping provider through which the package was delivered (Post or UPS).

We can only accept returns from the respective delivery country. For example, if the delivery was sent to Austria, the return must also be initiated from Austria. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge; import and delivery fees will be at your expense.

Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from exchange.

An exchange usually takes place as soon as we have received the return shipment. Further information on returns and exchanges can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.

Please note that FRAUENSCHUH.com will only refund items that are unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition and with the tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of items that show signs of wear.

Once your return has been received and the item inspected, we will refund the corresponding amount within a few days. The respective amount (excluding shipping costs) will be transferred back to your specified account – please note, however, that a refund to your credit card takes longer than a bank transfer. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the speed of repayments, as this is determined by the respective banks.
