All leather components from Frauenschuh are processed using an especially eco-friendly, ecological tanning method – entirely without synthetic substances – and are therefore not suitable for cleaning.

For light surface soiling, we recommend gently rubbing the leather sides against each other. The resulting warmth helps impurities to penetrate the pores of the leather.

For heavier soiling, please consult a professional leather cleaning service. It is important not to use any chemical substances for pre-treatment.

To refresh the leather, it is best to hang the item outdoors overnight in a well-ventilated area. Please avoid direct sunlight or moonlight.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 days if you use the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product via another shipping provider, you will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself. Please note that we only accept returns that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and labels must also be included.
