Fabric softener should be consistently avoided to prevent damage to the delicate fiber. Immediately after washing, carefully remove the item and lay it flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry gently. As pure cashmere fibers are prone to natural pilling, we recommend gently removing any knots that form after drying with a high-quality cashmere comb. This will ensure that your cashmere product maintains its elegant appearance and exceptional feel in the long term.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 business days if you use the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product with a different shipping provider, you will be responsible for the return costs. Please note that we only accept returns of unworn items in perfect condition.
