Care Instructions for Cashmere:
Wash your cashmere item exclusively separately – by hand or on a particularly gentle wool wash cycle – using a high-quality detergent specifically designed for wool. Fabric softener should be consistently avoided to prevent damage to the delicate fiber. Immediately after washing, carefully remove the item and lay it flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry gently. As pure cashmere fibers are prone to natural pilling, we recommend gently removing any resulting pills with a high-quality cashmere comb after drying. This will ensure that the elegant appearance and exceptional feel of your cashmere product are maintained over time.

In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 business days if you use the enclosed return label.
