When you touch the jacket, it feels like cashmere. The high-quality loden is neither coarse nor scratchy, but rather impresses with its remarkable softness. Be mindful when wearing dark clothing, as loden can shed slightly. Thanks to its down filling of 150–170 g, the jacket provides exceptional warmth.

Our loden – a dense, felted wool – is made from 100% virgin wool at an Austrian family weaving mill whose history goes back to the 19th century. The finished piece is made in a family-run workshop in Italy, where the soft, shape-holding loden is combined with pure down, which insulates particularly well against the cold. The result is a garment that keeps you reliably warm even in hard winters and feels wonderfully sheltering to wear. Our down is sourced according to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS), which sets requirements for animal welfare and traceability.

If you decide to return the item with a carrier other than the one we have specified, the return shipping costs are yours to cover.
