For deliveries to Germany and all other countries we ship to, we partner with our logistics provider UPS.
Germany:
Standard shipping: 2–4 business days – free of charge
Express shipping: 1 business day – EUR 20.00
Shipments to Austria are handled by the Austrian Post.
Austria:
Standard shipping: 2–4 business days – free of charge
EMS shipping: 1 business day – EUR 10.00
International Shipping (Non-EU Countries):
Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the EU, import duties and customs fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the destination country.
Returns:
In Germany and Austria, returns can be made free of charge within 14 business days using the enclosed return label. If you choose to use a different carrier, return shipping costs will be at your expense. Please note that we only accept items that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and tags must also be included.
