Your tasks

Dispatch processing: processing orders and returns, packing and dispatching products
Customer acquisition and support: acquiring new customers and supporting existing customers by e-mail and telephone
Maintaining and filling the homepage: Posting and updating product descriptions and images
Product management: managing stock levels, checking inventories
Analysis & optimization: Support in evaluating sales figures and improving online store processes
General organizational activities: Collaborating with other departments and taking on other tasks as required

Your strengths

Experience in e-commerce is an advantage, but not a must Career changers are welcome!
Affinity for online retail and interest in digital platforms
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers
Structured, careful and reliable way of working
Technical understanding and basic knowledge of Office programs
Experience with content management systems
Team spirit and initiative
