Your tasks

• Product presentation in the online store and creation of newsletters
• Analyzing operational key figures
• Improving the customer journey
• Coordination of the e-commerce area (online store & operating software)
• Independent processing of projects in the area of e-commerce
• Close coordination and ongoing communication with internal specialist departments and external project and development partners
• Participation in the further development of the strategic orientation in the area of digital distribution channels

Your strengths

• Know-how and experience in the field of e-commerce
• Completed commercial training (e.g. apprenticeship or high school diploma)
• Written and spoken German and English
• High customer and service orientation and enjoy working with people
• Interest in online media, e-commerce and online trends
• Goal-oriented, independent, structured way of working
