Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage our Salesforce system, including its further development and adaptation to new requirements
- Act as the interface between internal departments (sales, marketing, etc.) and external partners or service providers
- Analyze and evaluate customer data, create reports, and maintain performance dashboards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and enhance the customer experience
- Create customized CRM content for campaigns, automations, and customer interactions
- Identify and implement new CRM projects and digitalization opportunities
- Ensure data quality and compliance with data protection regulations
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in Business, Marketing, IT, or a comparable qualification
- Experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with several years of experience in data analysis, dashboards, and KPIs
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a structured way of working
- High initiative and a strong interest in CRM trends and digital developments
