All leather parts from Frauenschuh are made using a special ecological tanning process, ensuring high-quality material. Please do not subject this product to professional dry cleaning.

Care instructions for light soiling:
For minor surface dirt, we recommend gently rubbing the leather panels against each other. The warmth generated helps the impurities penetrate the leather pores.

For heavier soiling, professional leather cleaning is recommended. Avoid any pre-treatment with cleaning agents or solvents.

To refresh the leather, we suggest airing the product overnight in a well-ventilated area outdoors. Be sure to avoid direct sunlight or moonlight to prevent fading or other changes to the leather.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return items free of charge within 14 business days using the included return label. If you choose to return the product via a different shipping provider, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we only accept returns that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and tags should also be included.
