100% leather
All leather parts from Frauenschuh are not suitable for cleaning - thanks to special ecological tanning, exclusively without chemical substances. If the surface is slightly dirty, we recommend carefully rubbing the leather sides against each other. The friction creates heat, which allows the impurities to penetrate into the pores. If you have larger amounts of dirt, professional leather cleaning is necessary. It is important that you do not pre-treat with any chemical substances. In order to give the leather piece some freshness again, we recommend that you hang the products outside overnight and air them out. Please also note here that you avoid moon and solar radiation.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your order free of charge within 14 business days if you use the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product using a different shipping provider, you will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself. Please note that we only accept returns of items that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and labels must also be included.
