100% Leather
All Frauenschuh leather items are not suitable for cleaning due to a special ecological tanning process that uses no chemical substances. In case of light surface soiling, we recommend carefully rubbing the leather sides together. The friction generates heat, which allows the impurities to be absorbed into the pores. If you have heavier soiling, professional leather cleaning is necessary. It is important that you do not pre-treat the leather with any chemical substance. To refresh the leather item, we recommend hanging the products outdoors overnight to air them out. Please note that you should avoid moonlight and sunlight here as well.

Rather tailored cut - rather choose one size larger. But please feel free to ask us personally. We are happy to advise you.

Returns:

In Germany and Austria you can return your order free of charge within 14 business days. A return label with all the information you need is enclosed with your order.
Please register your return through our returns portal first. There you will find all the details for sending the item back, along with the carrier we have arranged for you.
If you decide to return the item with a carrier other than the one we have specified, the return shipping costs are yours to cover.
Please note that we can only accept items that are unworn and in perfect condition. Products must be returned with all original tags and their original packaging.
