All Frauenschuh leather items are not suitable for cleaning due to a special ecological tanning process that exclusively uses no chemical substances.

Care instructions for light soiling:
For light soiling of the surface, we recommend carefully rubbing the leather sides against each other. The friction creates heat, which helps the impurities to be absorbed into the pores of the leather. For heavier soiling, professional leather cleaning should be sought. In any case, please avoid pre-treatment with chemical substances. To give the leather item a new freshness, we recommend airing the product overnight in a well-ventilated outdoor place. Make sure to avoid direct sunlight and moonlight to prevent fading or other changes to the leather.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your order free of charge within 14 business days if you use the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product using a different shipping provider, you will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself. Please note that we only accept returns of items that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and labels must also be included.
