We recommend always cleaning the product according to the garment's washing instructions. Before washing, please close all zippers to protect the teeth of the zippers. Choose hand wash or a special hand wash program from your washing machine at the lowest possible temperature (hand wash 30°) and use little detergent and do not add fabric softener. Do not bleach the material (Cooked Wool Merino) and do not tumble dry. After washing, the product can be pulled into shape when damp and placed on the clothesline or hung and left to dry in a well-ventilated place. After drying, you can steam the product at low temperature. You can also have your laundry cleaned at the laundromat.

In Germany and Austria you can return your order free of charge within 14 business days. A return label with all the information you need is enclosed with your order.
Please register your return through our returns portal first. There you will find all the details for sending the item back, along with the carrier we have arranged for you.
If you decide to return the item with a carrier other than the one we have specified, the return shipping costs are yours to cover.
Please note that we can only accept items that are unworn and in perfect condition. Products must be returned with all original tags and their original packaging.
