Care instructions for cashmere:
Wash your cashmere item exclusively separately – by hand or on a particularly gentle wool wash cycle – using a high-quality detergent specifically designed for wool. Fabric softener should be strictly avoided to prevent damage to the delicate fibers. Immediately after washing, carefully remove the item and lay it flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry gently. As pure cashmere fibers are prone to natural pilling, we recommend gently removing any bobbles that form after drying with a high-quality cashmere comb. This will ensure that the elegant appearance and exceptional feel of your cashmere product are maintained long-term.

In Germany and Austria you can return your order free of charge within 14 business days. A return label with all the information you need is enclosed with your order.
Please register your return through our returns portal first. There you will find all the details for sending the item back, along with the carrier we have arranged for you.
If you decide to return the item with a carrier other than the one we have specified, the return shipping costs are yours to cover.
Please note that we can only accept items that are unworn and in perfect condition. Products must be returned with all original tags and their original packaging.
