Shipments to Austria are sent via Austrian Post.

Austria:
- Standard shipping: 2-4 business days - Free shipping
- EMS shipping: 1 business day, at a price of EUR 10.00

For Germany and Austria, we offer free returns within 14 business days.

Returns:

In Germany and Austria, you can return your order free of charge within 14 business days.

You can download your free return label from our returns portal. Simply enter your postcode and your order number (starting with #).

If you use a different shipping service provider for the return, you will bear the return costs yourself.

Please note that we can only accept unworn items in perfect condition. All original labels and the original packaging must be included with the return.

Shipments to the United Kingdom are sent via our logistics partner UPS.

Please note that for deliveries to the United Kingdom, the net price will be charged. Customs duties and taxes will be charged by the courier UPS upon delivery. These must be paid directly to the courier UPS.

- Express shipping: 2-7 business days - at a price of EUR 30.00

For returns from the United Kingdom, as a customer, you assume both the responsibility and the costs for the safe return shipping of the goods and for the processing and refund of all applicable customs duties and taxes. Please also keep all relevant receipts and documents for the refund process at your local customs office.
