Care & moisture: Apply a high-quality leather care product or shoe cream in a matching color regularly to keep the leather supple and protect it from drying out.

Polishing: After the care product has been absorbed, polish the leather with a soft cloth or brush to maintain its natural shine.

Avoid moisture: If the shoes get wet, let them dry at room temperature – never on a radiator or in direct sunlight.

Water protection: Use a suitable waterproofing spray for smooth leather to provide additional protection against water and dirt.

Shape maintenance: Wooden shoe trees help preserve the shape and absorb internal moisture.

Proper storage: Store the shoes in a dry, well-ventilated place. A dust bag provides additional protection against external influences.

With careful maintenance, your smooth leather shoes will remain elegant, durable, and comfortable – ensuring long-lasting stylish wear.

Standard shipping: 2–4 working days – free shipping
Express shipping: 1 working day, at a cost of EUR 20.00

Shipments to Austria are handled by the Austrian Post.

Austria:

Standard shipping: 2–4 working days – free shipping
EMS shipping: 1 working day, at a cost of EUR 10.00

Shipping information for non-EU countries:
Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 working days using the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product using another shipping provider, you will need to cover the return costs yourself. Please note that we only accept returns of items that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and tags must also be included.
