Conditioning & Moisture: Regularly apply a high-quality leather conditioner or shoe cream in a matching color to keep the leather supple and prevent it from drying out.

Polishing: After conditioning, polish the sandals with a soft cloth or shine brush to maintain their natural luster.

Avoid Moisture: If the sandals get wet, allow them to dry at room temperature – never on a heater or in direct sunlight.

Waterproofing: Use a suitable leather protector spray to provide additional protection against water and dirt.

Shape Maintenance: Wooden shoe trees help preserve the shape and absorb moisture.

Proper Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, ideally in a dust bag, to protect the leather from external influences.

Shipping to Non-EU Countries:
Please note that deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which must be paid by the buyer depending on the destination country.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 business days using the included return label. If you choose to return the product via another shipping provider, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we only accept returns of unworn products in perfect condition. All original packaging and labels must also be included.
