CONTACTING US
If you contact us with the form on our website or by email, the data you enter will be used for the purpose of processing your enquiry and stored for six months in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass such information on without your consent.
DATA STORAGE
Please note that the IP data of the Internet subscriber as well as the name, address and credit card number of the purchaser are stored by the web shop operator within the scope of cookies for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for the subsequent execution of the contract.
The data you provide are required for the performance of the contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures. We are unable to conclude this contract with you without these data. No data shall be disclosed to third parties, except for transmitting the credit card data to the executing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of collecting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, as well as to our tax consultant in order to meet our obligations under tax law.
We will erase the data stored with us after the purchasing process is cancelled. In case a contract is concluded, all data concerning the contractual relationship shall be retained until the expiry of the retention obligation under tax law (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase shall be stored beyond this period until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The processing of data is based on the legal provisions of Section 96 Para. 3 TKG (Telecommunications Act) and of Art. 6(1) point a (consent) and/or point b (necessary for the performance of a contract) GDPR.
USE OF COOKIES
Our website uses so-called cookies to make the visit to our website more appealing, and allow the use of specific functions. These are small text files that are saved on your computer. Frauenschuh is not able to influence cookies that are placed by Facebook, YouTube etc., nor does Frauenschuh have any access to them.
CREATING PSEUDONYMOUS USER PROFILES FOR WEB ANALYSIS
This website uses the functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Data are collected and stored by Google Analytics, from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. These user profiles have the purpose of analysing visitor behaviour and improving our offer and designing our website in accordance with your requirements. Cookies may be used for this purpose.
