For generations Frauenschuh has stood for high-quality alpine fashion and exclusive craftsmanship from Kitzbühel. For our store in the emerging resort of Andermatt we are looking for a dedicated individual to lead our brand locally with passion, a sense of style and entrepreneurial thinking.

Your responsibilities
• Independent management of the store, including responsibility for turnover, costs and targets
• First-class, individual advice for our discerning international clientele
• Leading, motivating and developing your team
• Product presentation and visual merchandising in keeping with our brand world
• Planning of staff scheduling, stock levels and reorders
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and regular-customer loyalty

Your profile
• Completed training in retail or a comparable qualification
• Several years of sales experience, ideally in the premium or luxury segment
• Initial leadership experience an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance, a distinct sense of style and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Very good command of German; good English, further languages an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking, reliability and team spirit
