Cashmere Care Instructions:
Wash your cashmere item separately – either by hand or using a gentle wool cycle – with a high-quality, wool-specific detergent. Fabric softener should be avoided entirely to prevent damage to the delicate fibers. Immediately after washing, carefully remove the item and lay it flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry gently. As pure cashmere fibers are prone to natural pilling, we recommend gently removing any bobbles that form after drying with a high-quality cashmere comb. This will ensure that the elegant appearance and exceptional feel of your cashmere product are maintained for a long time.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 business days if you use the enclosed return label. Should you choose to return the product with a different shipping service provider, you will have to bear the return costs yourself. Please note that we only accept returns that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and labels should also be included.
