100% Shearling
All leather components from Frauenschuh are tanned using a special ecological process entirely free of chemical substances, and therefore are not suitable for cleaning.

Care instructions for light soiling:
For light surface soiling, we recommend gently rubbing the leather sides against each other. The friction generates warmth that helps impurities penetrate the pores of the leather. For heavier soiling, professional leather cleaning is advised. Please avoid any pre-treatment with chemical substances.

To refresh the leather, we recommend airing the product overnight in a well-ventilated outdoor area. Be sure to avoid direct exposure to sunlight or moonlight to prevent fading or other changes to the leather.

Express Shipping: 1 business day, at a cost of EUR 20.00

Shipments to Austria are sent via the Austrian Post.

Austria:
Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days – free of charge
EMS Shipping: 1 business day, at a cost of EUR 10.00

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 business days using the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product using a different shipping service, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we only accept returns that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and tags must also be included.
