We always recommend washing the product according to the garment’s care instructions. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Please wash the item separately. Use hand wash or a delicate hand-wash program on your washing machine at the lowest possible temperature (gentle 30°C) and use only a small amount of detergent or fabric softener. After washing, the garment can be reshaped while still damp and laid flat or hung to dry in a well-ventilated area. Once dry, the item can be steamed at a low temperature.

For deliveries to Germany and all other countries we serve, we work with our logistics partner UPS.

Germany:
Standard shipping: 2–4 business days – free of charge
Express shipping: 1 business day – EUR 20.00

Shipments to Austria are sent via the Austrian Post.

Austria:
Standard shipping: 2–4 business days – free of charge
EMS shipping: 1 business day – EUR 10.00

Shipping to non-EU countries:
Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur import duties and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer depending on the destination country.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return items free of charge within 14 business days using the included return label. If you choose to return the product via another shipping provider, you will be responsible for the return costs. Returns are only accepted if items are unworn, in perfect condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
