The fur hood is not suitable for cleaning. To keep it fresh, hang it outside on cold days. Extreme sun or moon exposure should be avoided, as it can alter the fur.

As a natural product, the fur may show slight color variations. For storage over the summer months, we recommend keeping the hood away from light-sensitive items and storing it in a cotton bag in a dark place.

The fur hood has a height of approx. 33 cm and a width of approx. 27 cm.

Shipments to Austria are sent with Austrian Post.

Austria:

Returns:

In Germany and Austria you can return your order free of charge within 14 business days. A return label with all the information you need is enclosed with your order.
Please register your return through our returns portal first. There you will find all the details for sending the item back, along with the carrier we have arranged for you.
If you decide to return the item with a carrier other than the one we have specified, the return shipping costs are yours to cover.
Please note that we can only accept items that are unworn and in perfect condition. Products must be returned with all original tags and their original packaging.
