To ensure your leather sandals retain their suppleness, vibrant color, and longevity, we recommend the following care:

Regular Cleaning: Remove dust and dirt with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then wipe dry.

Care & Moisture: Regularly apply a high-quality leather conditioner or shoe cream in a matching color to keep the leather supple and protect it from drying out.

Polishing: After conditioning, polish the sandals with a soft cloth or a buffing brush to maintain their natural shine.

Avoid Moisture: If wet, allow the sandals to dry at room temperature – never on a heater or in direct sunlight.

Impregnation: A suitable waterproofing spray for smooth leather provides additional protection against water and dirt.

Shape Retention: Wooden shoe trees help preserve the shape and absorb moisture.

Proper Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, ideally in a dust bag, to protect the leather from external influences.

Returns:

In Germany and Austria you can return your order free of charge within 14 business days. A return label with all the information you need is enclosed with your order.
Please register your return through our returns portal first. There you will find all the details for sending the item back, along with the carrier we have arranged for you.
If you decide to return the item with a carrier other than the one we have specified, the return shipping costs are yours to cover.
Please note that we can only accept items that are unworn and in perfect condition. Products must be returned with all original tags and their original packaging.
