Cashmere Care Instructions:
Wash your cashmere item separately, either by hand or using a delicate wool cycle, with a high-quality detergent specifically designed for wool. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can damage the fine fibres. After washing, gently remove the item and lay it flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry carefully.

As pure cashmere fibres naturally tend to pill, we recommend gently removing any small pills after drying with a high-quality cashmere comb. This ensures your cashmere maintains its luxurious appearance and exceptional wearing comfort for years to come.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return items free of charge within 14 working days using the included return label. If you choose to return the product via another shipping service, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we only accept returns of unworn items in perfect condition. All original packaging and labels must also be included.
