All leather parts from Frauenschuh are not suitable for cleaning - due to a special ecological tanning process, exclusively without chemical substances. If the surface is slightly dirty, we recommend rubbing the leather sides carefully against each other. The friction creates heat, which allows the dirt to penetrate into the pores. If you have more serious dirt, professional leather cleaning is necessary. It is important that you do not pre-treat with any chemical substances. To give the leather a little freshness again, we recommend hanging the products outside overnight and airing them out. Please also make sure that you avoid moonlight and sunlight here.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 business days if you use the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product with a different shipping provider, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we only accept returns that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and labels should also be included.
