Avoid moisture: Do not soak suede. If it becomes damp, let the shoes dry at room temperature – never on a radiator or in direct sunlight.

Protection: Regularly apply a high-quality suede protector spray to make the material water- and dirt-repellent.

Shape maintenance: Use wooden shoe trees to help preserve shape and protect the material.

Storage: Store suede shoes in a dry, well-ventilated place and use a dust bag to protect the surface.

Standard shipping: 2–4 working days – free shipping
Express shipping: 1 working day, at a cost of EUR 20.00

Shipments to Austria are handled by the Austrian Post.

Austria:

Standard shipping: 2–4 working days – free shipping
EMS shipping: 1 working day, at a cost of EUR 10.00

Shipping information for non-EU countries:
Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer.

Returns:
In Germany and Austria, you can return your items free of charge within 14 working days using the enclosed return label. If you choose to return the product using another shipping provider, you will need to cover the return costs yourself. Please note that we only accept returns of items that are unworn and in perfect condition. All original packaging and tags must also be included.
