Smooth leather is a high-quality natural material – please protect it from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, and intense friction.

Light dirt can be carefully removed with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Then wipe with a dry cloth.

Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or solvents to avoid damaging the leather surface.

For heavier soiling, we recommend professional leather cleaning.

To maintain and preserve its suppleness, the leather can occasionally be treated with a suitable leather care product.

To refresh the leather, we recommend regularly airing the product in a well-ventilated place. Direct sunlight or strong heat should be avoided to prevent drying out or fading.

Returns:

In Germany and Austria you can return your order free of charge within 14 business days. A return label with all the information you need is enclosed with your order.
Please register your return through our returns portal first. There you will find all the details for sending the item back, along with the carrier we have arranged for you.
If you decide to return the item with a carrier other than the one we have specified, the return shipping costs are yours to cover.
Please note that we can only accept items that are unworn and in perfect condition. Products must be returned with all original tags and their original packaging.
